Indoor navigation signs, also called wayfinding signs, help visitors find their way inside a building. They point people to the right suite, list who is on each floor and mark rooms, restrooms and stairs.
What we make
- Suite directional signs: suite numbers with arrows at corridor turns and intersections.
- Directory signs: a list of suites or tenants by floor, near entrances, elevators and stairs.
- Room and suite ID signs: suite numbers and names at each door.
- Restroom and stair ID signs: clear identification for restrooms, stairwells and exits.
Planning indoor signs
- Consistent style: use the same colors, fonts and sizes throughout the building so signs are easy to recognize.
- Placement: put directional signs where people need to choose a direction, such as corridor intersections and elevator lobbies.
- Updates: plan for tenant and suite changes so directory and suite signs can be updated.
